Handmade Products

All items are handmade, which means slight variations in color, size, or design may occur. These small differences make each piece unique and are not considered defects.

 

Orders & Payments

Full payment is required before any order is processed or shipped. Once an order is placed, please review your information carefully to ensure accuracy.

Processing & Shipping

Processing times may vary depending on the item and order volume. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed once the package is with the carrier.

Returns, Remakes & Refunds

Returns or remake requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Depending on the situation, we may offer a remake, exchange, or store credit instead.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless production has already started.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery so we can work toward a solution.
